Culture Sports and Responsibility ( CSaR)

The Culture, Sports, and Responsibility (CSaR) is a student’s wing of Centurion University aimed at providing students with opportunities for overall development beyond study hours. CSaR focuses on promoting cultural activities, sports, and cultivating a sense of responsibility among the student community.
  1. Cultural Promotion: CSaR aims to promote cultural diversity and inclusivity within the student community. It organizes various events, such as dance competitions, music festivals, drama performances, and art exhibitions, to encourage students to showcase their talents and appreciate different cultures.
  2. Sports and Fitness: CSaR recognizes the importance of physical fitness and sports in students’ lives. It organizes sports tournaments, inter-departmental matches, and fitness programs to encourage students to participate actively in sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  3. Responsibility and Social Initiatives: CSaR believes in nurturing socially responsible individuals. It conducts workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on important social issues, such as environmental conservation, gender equality, and community service.

CSaR also encourages students to engage in volunteering activities and contribute to society.

The Event Management Club of CSaR nurtures leadership, creativity, and teamwork by organizing and executing impactful events on campus. It empowers students to turn ideas into well-planned, memorable experiences through collaboration and innovation.

Art & Craft Club

About club :-

Handicraft Club aims at providing a platform to pursue, preserve and share the joy of handicrafts. The Club aims at offering a wide variety of handicraft and fine art platforms to promote interests. A wide variety of types of work where useful and decorative objects are made completely by one’s hand or by using simple, non-automated related tools like scissors, carving implements.

Music Club

About club :-

Music Club “RHYTHM” was established in the year 2011 to enhance the inner musical skills of the students along with to involve more students for the co-curricular activities. Today more than 200 students are actively participating for different events that are associated with the music club. For all the observation and celebrations of our University the music club students are performing. The music club students are also representing our University at different forums by participating in the music events that are organized by different institutions and corporates.

Drama / Film Making Club

The CUTM Drama club aims at providing a platform to encourage students to pursue their acting skills which is deeply hidden within them. Is also acts as a field of hobby and the main aim of this club is to strengthen students to stand up for themselves and put the fear of speaking and presenting their art before a large crowd.

Anchoring / Literature Club

The Anchoring Club of CSaR develops confident speakers and dynamic hosts by enhancing communication, stage presence, and presentation skills. It provides a platform for students to engage audiences and lead events with clarity and charisma.

Dance Club

Dance Club “STEP UP” was established in the year 2011 to enhance the inner dance skills of the students along with to involve more students for the co-curricular activities. This dance club is to boost up the morale of students and to highlight the talent of dance and creativity. It provides opportunities to dance lovers to prove their talent and it is a good platform for them to have their artistic exploration. This club plays an important role in maintaining the positive environment in the university. By this Club, students get opportunities to represent our University in various reputed organizations and corporates. Today more than 100 students are actively participating for different events that are associated with the dance club.

Fashion Club

Photography Club

The Photography Club of CSaR captures moments and stories through the art of visual storytelling. It helps students develop technical skills, creativity, and a strong photographic vision. The club provides hands-on experience through events, workshops, and campus shoots. Members learn editing techniques and the use of professional equipment. Overall, it inspires students to see the world through a creative lens.

Sports Club

The Sports Club of CSaR promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and a competitive spirit across all types of sports. It encourages student participation in indoor and outdoor games, individual and team sports alike. The club helps students develop discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship. Regular practices, tournaments, and inter-college events build confidence and resilience. Overall, it fosters a healthy, energetic, and inclusive sporting culture on campus.

 

NCC

About :-

The NCC of CSaR instills discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of patriotism among students. It trains cadets in physical fitness, drills, and character development. The program encourages social responsibility through camps, parades, and community service. Students gain confidence, teamwork, and crisis-management skills. Overall, NCC shapes responsible citizens with integrity and national pride.

 

NSS Club

About :-

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored flagship for public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji’s Centenary year in 1969. Aimed at developing student’s personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community (esp. Villages) linkage. The NSS is not only for the development of the students’ personality, but it also helps promote the unity and integrity of the nation by bringing together young people from diverse geographical and socio-cultural background.
