Life Skills & Personality Development

Through our dedicated Life Skills Development Laboratory, we mold students into confident professionals over a six-semester journey. It is designed to build strong communication skills and a confident presence through practical training in public speaking and professional interaction. It fosters collaborative learning through engaging Group Discussions (GD), where participants explore both technical topics and real-world social issues. Additionally, the program strengthens analytical thinking with focused modules in aptitude and logical reasoning, helping individuals enhance their problem-solving abilities. Overall, it delivers a hands-on, well-rounded learning experience that prepares participants to navigate real-world challenges with confidence.

Advanced Academic Flexibility (Special Electives)

We provide a bespoke educational experience through a “basket” system of electives designed for employability and entrepreneurship. Our program gives participants the opportunity to explore professional electives, allowing them to deep dive into specialized engineering areas and stand out with a competitive edge. It also emphasizes project and skill-based learning, offering hands-on experience in project management and industry-relevant technical skills. Alongside this, participants can develop managerial skills through courses focused on leadership and administrative understanding. What makes the program even more valuable is its focus on cross-disciplinary learning, where Science and Humanities students can build computational skills (Computer Science) and confidently adapt to today’s digital-first world.

Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)

Our 360-degree training ecosystem combines internal expertise with top-tier external consultants to prepare participants to strengthen their quantitative and verbal skills, making them more confident in handling competitive exams. It also focuses on HR readiness, with practical support in mock interviews, resume building, and understanding workplace etiquette. To keep up with industry trends, participants get opportunities for technical upskilling through focused boot camps on emerging technologies. At the same time, continuous assessment through regular skill-gap checks and performance tracking ensures steady improvement and helps them stay job-ready.

We have partnered with the world’s leading technology and automotive giants to provide industry-validated credentials that set our graduates apart.The program works closely with leading technology and automotive companies to give students access to industry-recognized certifications that truly make a difference. With IBM, students learn through JAVA and DB2 training, while CISCO offers CCNA network certification. The Infosys Campus Connect Program helps students understand real industry expectations, and SAP provides hands-on experience with ERP modules. In addition, collaborations with companies like Yamaha Motors, Tata Motors, and Godrej give students valuable practical exposure, helping them connect their learning to real-world work environments.

Hands-On Experience: The Internship Advantage

Theory meets practice through a strong internship ecosystem that gives students real-world exposure at leading organizations. From the automotive sector with companies like Ashok Leyland, Yamaha Motors, and Tata Motors, to service and hospitality with Café Coffee Day, and technical fields with IBM, Godrej, and the Indian Institute of Welding, students gain valuable hands-on experience. 🟢 GREEN (60%+)  Elite

Fully eligible for all campus recruitment drives and high-tier corporate opportunities.

 

 

🟡 YELLOW (51–59%) Developing

Nearing eligibility; requires targeted practice to transition into the placement-ready zone.

 

 

🟠 ORANGE (40%–50%) Targeted Growth

Students are assigned a dedicated mentor. Focus is on intensive aptitude drills and technical bridge courses to reach “Yellow” status within one month.
 

 

🔴 RED (<40%) Mandatory  Intervention

Entry into the Accelerated Learning Program. This includes foundational workshops in logic, communication, and core concepts to rebuild confidence and skill sets.

SIX STEPS, THE WAY FORWARD

 

Training for Capacity building comprehensive is tailored for six Semesters. The training is designed to help and handhold the students to arrive at Green zone. Students have to take 450 contact hours of aptitude training and acquisition of additional 2000-word power and expressions. The Crash Training is customized, and includes 60-120 hours of Company specific practice only for eligible students. Graduate level career training is of one credit audit course each semester. To empower the students with real industry knowledge, students are sent for Company Internship and Projects in final year. Outbound vocational trainings are arranged in the summer vacations.

The knowledge sharing, evaluations and transactions are made in state of the art digitalized language training labs, E-Tabs, through Online testing & quizzing. Information sharing on GK, current affairs to students is continues feedback process in the career training program. Students’ exposure and awareness program to the latest technology are through workshops and seminars, movie screening, debate and various aptitude competitions as a matter of week end diet.
